BMS Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BMS purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different edition of the same item, subject to availability. Reach out within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
